Pricing
We specialize in small yardage concrete deliveries metered to the ¼ yard, therefore we do not have a per yard price.

MINIMUM ORDER: ½ cubic yard.
MAXIMUM ORDER: 4½ cubic yards.
FREE DELIVERY ZONE:
NE Portland, SE Portland, Milwaukie, Clackamas, Gladstone, Happy Valley, Oak Grove, and West Gresham.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE DELIVERY ZONE:
$20.00 mileage charge (North Portland, East Gresham, Troutdale, Fairview, and Oregon City)
UNLOADING TIME:
Ten (10) minutes per cubic yard, thereafter stand-by time is $60.00 per hour.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Day prior to delivery by 12:00 pm or 3 hours for weather. Late cancellation or show up/no delivery -$100.00 service charge.
HOT WATER:
Winter Months Only - $5.00 per cubic yard
ACCELERATOR:
$10.00 per percentage per cubic yard.
CONCRETE STRENGTH (PSI) IS GUARANTEED AT A MAXIMUM 4" SLUMP.
Concrete delivered to job forms, where accessible to truck under its own power.
All wrecker or towing charges will be paid by the customer if the delivery is inside the curb line on private property.
TERMS
Cash on delivery or credit established prior to delivery. Addition fees may apply under special circumstances.
